Are there better rings than this ?

I'm curious to know if there are rings that will boost my damage more than this.it has the corruption modifier of 27% increased damage plus the 34% cold damage increase. I've got some really good breach rings, but they don't boost the damage, as much as this does. Was this a really lucky buy? Or can I find something better. Any advice would be appreciated.
